🔹 1. Eligibility for Refund
You may request a refund if:

You received a damaged, defective, or wrong item.

The product is unused, unwashed, and in its original condition and packaging.

The refund request is made within 7 days of delivery.
🔹 2. Non-Refundable Items
We do not offer refunds on:

Worn, washed, or altered garments

Innerwear (baniyans, briefs, trunks) for hygiene reasons

Clearance or discounted items marked as final sale

Orders reported beyond 7 days of delivery
🔹 3. Refund Process

Contact us via email or phone with your order number and reason for refund. Attach photos in case of damage. -
Review:
Our support team will review your request within 24–48 hours. -
Approval & Return:
If approved, we’ll provide return instructions. You must ship the item back using a reliable courier. (Return shipping costs are usually borne by the customer unless the error is on our side.) -
Refund:
Once we receive and inspect the item, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days via the original payment method or through bank transfer (for COD orders).
🔹 4. Refund for Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders
For eligible COD orders:

We will request your bank account or UPI ID to process the refund.

Refunds are not given in cash.
